Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees. If you are paying from overseas, your bank may apply a currency conversion.
Invoices
Every payment produces an invoice. Find them under My Billing in your account, where you can download a PDF copy.
Refunds
Memberships and reports are digital services that start immediately, so refunds are limited to specific cases such as a profile declined in review or a duplicate charge. See the Refund Policy linked in the footer for the full rules and how to ask.
