Every new profile and significant edit is checked by our team. The most common reasons for a hold or decline are:
- Contact details or social media handles written into the description
- Photos that are not of the person, are group photos, or are heavily filtered
- An 'about' section that is empty, copied, or clearly not about the person
- Age, civil status or location that contradicts other parts of the profile
- Content that suggests a dating or commercial purpose
What to do
You receive the reason by notification and email. Fix the issue from My Profiles and resubmit; most corrected profiles are approved the same day. If a profile is declined for a reason that is not a rule breach, the membership fee is refunded in full.
If you believe the decision was a mistake, reply to the notification or email support@sithmini.com with the profile title.
